The farewell ceremony was a memorable event, celebrating the tenure of an office staff who had left an indelible mark on the school. It was a day filled with laughter, tears and a deep sense of gratitude. The entire school community came together to bid adieu leaving everyone with cherished memories.

The programme commenced with a prayer service led by the school choir followed by the lighting of the lamp ceremony. Mrs. Madhumathi, in her opening note, welcomed the adorable family members of Mrs. Enid, retired teachers and ex-students.

Mrs. Fahima expressed her verbal gratitude to Mrs. Enid and a befitting poem in Hindi enumerating the friendship shared within the confines of MIS. Miss Rida and Mrs. Lucia representing the ex- students and Mary Immaculate High School teachers respectively, expressed their gratitude.

A cultural programme named "Emoticons" depicting the various emotions felt by man was well appreciated by the audience.

Sr. Rosevera, the principal in her message thanked Mrs. Enid Sumithra for her commitment and loyalty and also shared a few amusing anecdotes much to the delight of the gathering.

Sr. Celine Vera, the Joint Secretary of Mary Immaculate, lauded the dedicated team spirit of Mrs. Enid towards the greater good of the institution.
Mrs. Enid was duly felicitated by the management, staff, students and retired teachers.

Ma'am, in her message thanked the management and staff for the wonderful programme and for the glorious years she spent under the mantle of our patroness, Mother Mary.
